Hylas Yachts is a brand of fiberglass, center-cockpit
sailboats and luxury power yachts built in Taiwan by Queen Long Marine Ltd and designed by Sparkman & Stephens, German Frers, Bill Dixon and Salthouse of New Zealand. Sizes range from 42 to 70 feet. Joseph Huang, the president of Queen Long Marine, introduced the brand in 1984.

Ta Shing Yacht Building (Chinese: 大新遊艇股份有限公司; pinyin: Dàxīn Yóutǐng Gǔfèn Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī) is a yacht builder located in Tainan, Taiwan. The company was founded in 1957 under the Shing Sheng brand name. Between its founding and 2015, the yard has delivered over 1,200 custom-made boats.
Ta Shing designs and builds under its own brand including Taswell, Tashiba, Orion and also as an OEM for Mason, Baba, Panda, Skye, Mystic and Nordhavn. The range includes wooden and fiberglass fishing boats, sailboats, and motoryachts.

Tayana Yachts is a Taiwanese brand of fiberglass sailboats built by Kaohsiung-based Ta Yang company. Ta Yang means "big ocean" in Mandarin, and Tayana means "belongs to big ocean." The yard was founded in 1973 and has built over 1,400 bluewater cruisers. Designers have included Robert H. Perry, Robert Harris, Robb Ladd, and Pieter Beeldsnijder. Yachts range from 37 to a new 72-footer.
In 2017 Taiwan exported one hundred and sixty two yachts. In 2018 Taiwan was the fourth largest yacht building nation by feet of yacht built after Italy, The Netherlands and Turkey. Major yacht and boat builders include Horizon Yachts, Ocean Alexander, Johnson Yachts, Jade Yachts, and Ta Shing Yacht Building. Taiwan remained fourth in the world through 2021.
